“Why would I bother logging my work?”

We don’t display anything we can’t verify
No education, no self-declared certifications, no endorsements. If we cannot check it through our own mechanism, it does not go on your profile, however good it would look.
We don’t reward you for logging more
No streaks, no daily targets, no badge for volume. A record of confirmed work is worth more than a record of enthusiastic logging.

Today your verified record proves what you delivered, and travels as a single link. We are building toward it being checked inside the tools where hiring already happens, rather than only on our site; toward logging that drafts itself from the work you have already done; and toward the record doing work beyond hiring: proving income to a lender, an insurer or a visa process, the things independents are routinely locked out of for lack of a payslip.
