Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 July 2026
These terms explain the deal between you and Can0nical. We’ve kept them readable. Using the service means you agree to them.
1. The agreement
Can0nical is operated by OmniGrowth Connect LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Can0nical,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you’re using Can0nical on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
- The information you log should be truthful. Can0nical is a trust product. Records exist to be believed, so falsifying work or verifications undermines the whole point and is grounds for termination.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use Can0nical to break the law, impersonate others, forge or coerce verifications, upload malicious code, scrape the platform, or interfere with how it runs for others. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. What you get, free and paid
Can0nical runs on a freemium model:
Free
- Log your work
- Request & receive client verification
- 90-day retention: entries older than 90 days are purged
Paid
- Everything in Free
- Permanent anchoring of verified work
- A shareable, portable verified record
- Your record kept for good
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which calculates any sales tax or VAT at checkout and issues your receipt. Founding Pioneer lifetime membership is a one-time card payment through the same checkout. What that membership includes is set out on the Founding Pioneer page, which forms part of these terms for anyone who buys one.
5. Who owns what
You own your data. Your work logs, your verifications, your record. They’re yours. You can export them and take them elsewhere. We own the platform: the Can0nical software, brand, and design system, and grant you a limited license to use it while your account is active.
By using verification features, you grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, hash, and (on paid tiers) anchor and display your record as you direct. We don’t claim ownership of your content and we don’t sell it.
6. Availability & limitation of liability
We work hard to keep Can0nical reliable, but the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, OmniGrowth Connect LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. If we end your account without cause, you’ll have a reasonable window to export your record. Your ownership of your own data survives termination.
8. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. We may update them from time to time; material changes will be announced, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
